Bridging Industry and Academy:
CTC Group Philippines Visits RTU Mandaluyong

In a significant step toward strengthening industry-academic linkages, representatives from CTC Group Philippines visited the Rizal Technological University (RTU) Mandaluyong Campus for a formal partnership meeting and MOA signing ceremony.
CTC Group is dedicated to bridging the gap between classroom learning and industrial application. The visit served as a platform for a high-level discussion on the Cooperative Education program, which aims to provide RTU engineering students with premier internship opportunities and exposure to global innovation trends.

The RTU delegation, led by Engr. Armando P. Matias (Director of Cooperative Education), alongside Engr. Dolores A. Cruz and Ms. Gretha T. Reyes, engaged with CTC leaders to explore how the company’s "Future Trends & Innovation" framework can enhance the university’s engineering curriculum.
The highlight of the event was a formal MOA discussion and a tour that gave students Janna Irish M. Armada, Annah Joice F. Amores, Aliyah Jessey D. Dela Cruz, and Mark Jelan L. Aguilar a firsthand look at the professional landscape they will soon enter. By hosting these sessions, CTC Group Philippines reaffirms its role as a "Global Life Science Partner" that cares deeply about local talent development.
