To highlight these trends, CTC Far East Philippines Inc successfully hosted The Green Switch: Nature’s Answer to Food Innovation, a one-day seminar that gathered experts, suppliers, and partners to discuss the latest advancements in natural food ingredients. 
Held at Grand Hyatt BGC Manila last August 27, 2025, the event offered valuable insights into natural antioxidants, sweeteners, preservatives, flavors, and colors that are shaping the future of food manufacturing.

The event opened with a warm welcome and inspiring remarks from Ms. Mary Grace Lenon, Assistant Business Unit Manager, followed by a keynote from Sir Jao Del Rosario (Vice President of the Philippine Association of Food Technologists) on market trends and regulations for natural food ingredients.
